This guide shows you how to complete payments for KoalaVault orders using cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance.

Prerequisites

Before making a payment, ensure you have:
  • ✅ Created an order on KoalaVault (see Deploy Models)
  • ✅ A Binance account with USDT balance (Sign up for Binance)
  • ✅ Your order’s payment address from the order detail page
First-time purchase? We recommend using anonymous payment, which allows you to pay directly from exchanges like Binance without transferring to your registered wallet first.

Pay with Binance

Step 1: Get Payment Address

From your KoalaVault order detail page, copy the Payment Address (seller’s wallet address).

Step 2: Access Binance Withdrawal

Go to Binance and navigate to the withdrawal page:Click Withdraw Crypto.

Step 3: Configure Withdrawal

  1. Select Coin: Choose USDT from the dropdown
  2. Withdraw to: Paste the Payment Address you copied from KoalaVault
  3. Select Network: Choose BSC (BNB Smart Chain)
  4. Amount: Enter the exact amount shown in your order
  5. Click Withdraw
Important: Make sure to:
  • Use the exact payment amount from your order
  • Select BSC network (not other networks like ERC20 or TRC20)
  • Double-check the payment address before confirming

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation

After clicking withdraw:
  1. Complete any security verification (2FA, email code, etc.)
  2. Wait for Binance to process the transaction (usually 1-5 minutes)
  3. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a transaction ID from Binance
You can track your transaction status on BscScan using the transaction ID.

Pay with Other Exchanges

You can use other cryptocurrency exchanges that support USDT on BSC network:

General Steps

  1. Copy the payment address from your KoalaVault order
  2. Go to your exchange’s withdrawal page
  3. Select USDT as the coin
  4. Select BSC (BEP20) as the network
  5. Enter the payment address and amount
  6. Complete the withdrawal
The exact steps may vary by exchange. Refer to your exchange’s documentation for specific withdrawal instructions.

Pay with Your Wallet

If you prefer to use your own crypto wallet:

  • MetaMask
  • Trust Wallet
  • Coinbase Wallet
  • Any BSC-compatible wallet

Steps

  1. Ensure you have USDT on BSC network in your wallet
  2. Copy the payment address from KoalaVault order
  3. Send the exact amount of USDT to that address on BSC network
  4. Save the transaction hash for confirmation
Make sure your wallet is connected to BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network, not Ethereum or other networks.

Confirm Your Payment

After completing the payment, you need to confirm it on KoalaVault:

Submit Transaction ID

  1. Go back to your order detail page on KoalaVault
  2. Copy the Transaction ID (hash) from your exchange or wallet
  3. Paste it into the Blockchain Transaction ID field
  4. Click Confirm Payment
Transaction IDs typically look like: 0x1234567890abcdef... (66 characters)

Wait for Verification

KoalaVault will automatically verify your payment on the blockchain:
  • ⏱️ Verification time: Usually 1-5 minutes
  • ✅ Automatic: No manual approval needed
  • 🔍 Transparent: Track on BscScan
Once verified, your order status will change to Paid and the model will be available for deployment.

Troubleshooting

Payment Not Confirmed

Issue: Payment sent but order still shows as unpaid. Solutions:
  1. Wait 5-10 minutes for blockchain confirmation
  2. Verify you sent to the correct address
  3. Check you used BSC network (not other networks)
  4. Ensure you sent the exact amount
  5. Contact support if issue persists

Wrong Network Used

Issue: Sent USDT on wrong network (e.g., Ethereum instead of BSC). Solution: Unfortunately, funds sent to wrong network cannot be recovered. Always double-check the network before sending.

Insufficient Amount

Issue: Sent less than the order amount. Solution: Send an additional transaction for the remaining amount, then submit both transaction IDs to support.

Transaction Stuck

Issue: Transaction pending for a long time. Solutions:
  1. Check blockchain explorer (BscScan) for transaction status
  2. If pending, wait for network confirmation (can take up to 30 minutes during high congestion)
  3. If failed, try sending again
  4. Contact your exchange support if funds were deducted but transaction failed
